Prices:

All prices are stated and payable in U.S. dollars.

Sales Tax:

All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged 7.75% sales tax
Orders received from states outside of California do not pay sales tax

Shipping:

If you are ordering online or by credit card by phone, shipping costs are FREE when your order is sent Media Mail. Media Mail is the old Book Rate Mail with a fancy new name. With Media Mail, it may take from 7 to 14 days to reach you but there is no charge on Media Mail orders from Boomer Books.

Alternate shipping charges are fairly easy to calculate: For UPS, figure on $6.50 for the first book in your order and $1.50 each book thereafter. UPS Ground will usually arrive within a week or ten days throughout the continental U.S. If you want to save and don't mind the wait, try For Hawaii and Alaska, Priority Mail is usually the preferred option. For Priority Mail figure on $5.75 for the first book and $2.00 per book thereafter. If you are in a hurry, we can also ship by UPS overnight or second day. Bear in mind that overnight mail can can cost $30.00 for the first book and $1.50 per book there after. Second day UPS runs around $14.00 per book and $1.50 per book thereafter. These rate are based on coast-to-coast shipping. If you are closer to California, your rates will be less. We will only charge you for "actual" shipping charges. We don't charge any "handling fee".

Problems?

Errors: We'll do our best to make sure that every order is filled promptly and accurately. However, if we make a mistake and send you an item that you did not order, please call us as soon as possible to arrange a return shipment.

Missing Items: If you have not received your order, or if items you ordered are missing from your shipment, call us at 760-758-1536 or e-mail us at orders@boomer-books,com. Be sure and include your name, address, phone number, and the approximate date that your order was placed.

Returns: If a book is not what you expected, and you are unhappy with your purchase, return the book within 10 days for a full refund (exclusive of postage).

If you get junk e-mails offering enlargement of various organs, it won't be from us. We won't be renting your name to anyone and don't plan on letting it out of our grasp.
